Kelli J. Stump is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in a practice limited primarily to immigration law. Kelli focuses her practice on complex removal defense, “crimmigration” matters, family-based immigration with an emphasis in waivers of inadmissibility, consular processing, and citizenship and naturalization. Additionally, she handles litigation matters relating to immigration issues in federal court, including Petitions for Writ of Habeas Corpus and Writs of Mandamus.

Kelli works closely in leadership with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), an organization comprised of over 18,000 members, where she serves in the College of Past Presidents. She has served in numerous other roles, including President of the Association, Annual Conference Chair, an elected director on AILA’s Board of Governors, and Chair of the Texas/Oklahoma/New Mexico Chapter. She has also served as chair of the EOIR and ICE committees, and she has served as member of many National AILA Liaison committees including several conference planning committees, the Membership Committee, and the Publications Committee. Kelli has also been recognized by her peers in Best Lawyers and as “Lawyer of the Year” for Immigration Law in Oklahoma City, OK on several occasions. She has authored several articles on immigration law, and she has served as an editor for several AILA annual conference handbooks and fundamentals books. Kelli is a previous board member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law where she has also served as a board member of the Alumni Association.
