MARK A. IVENER For more than 40 years, Mark A Ivener has exclusively practiced immigration law, advising on business and entertainment visas, global mobility management, immigration due diligence in M&A, and EB-5 investor Green Cards. He has lectured on U.S. immigration law for organizations such as the World Trade Institute, the Federal and International Bar Associations, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. A leader in his field, Mark Ivener is a founder of the National Consortium of Immigration Law Firms (IMMLAW) and the Alliance of Business Immigration Lawyers (ABIL). Mark is listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers (Immigration and Naturalization), the International Who' s Who of Corporate Immigration Lawyers, and Chambers Global and USA.
