MARK IVENER has a global immigration practice representing domestic/international companies and individuals in all business immigration matters. Mark works to open doors for clients ranging from large corporations to movie stars. His scope of work includes representation of foreign executives, managers, EB-5 and E-2 investors, professionals and entertainers for temporary and permanent visas.

Mark’s past lectures on U.S. immigration law and EB-5 include presentations for the following organizations: Los Angeles County Bar Association, the Fourth Annual California Asian Business Summit, Southern California EB-5 Conference, American Immigration Lawyers Association, California State Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and International Bar Association (New York, Munich and Madrid).

Mark has written frequently on visas and EB-5 investment topics. Representative articles include “EB-5 Investor Green Cards”, “M&A and Immigration”, “International Corporate Immigration Review”, “Visas for Individuals with Extraordinary Ability”, and “J-1 Visas for Interns and Trainees”.

Mark has over 40 years of experience in helping immigrants from around the world achieve U.S. work visas and permanent residency.
